The payment methods accepted currently by MAM are: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, and Wire Transfer

The shipping is free as long as you don't select the Express option (7€). For orders outside the EU you'll find more information in our FAQ section

What is your order reference?

Could you specify what's your issue? *

Our courier company, NACEX (Spain) or UPS (International), will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been prepared and collected by the carrier. Please keep in mind the business days when placing your order. Once you receive the tracking you will be able to follow your order by introducing the number in the courier website:
NACEX: www.nacex.es
UPS: www.ups.com
If you tracking number is not working, do not worry, keep in mind that the carrier can take up to a few hours to update your order in the system, and that they only work Monday to Friday, try later on. If your order goes through customs, MAM is not liable for any additional costs it may arise. As you can see in our FAQs section.

The right of withdrawal states that you can renounce on your acquisition contract, returning all or part of the purchased products. In case you return the entire order, the Express shipping fee will be refunded, however the customer is still the one to cover the return's shipping cost.

The return must take place within a period of 14 days from the delivery date.
